These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services, including landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, commercial and residential lawn management, and the sale of landscaping-related products such as pavers, lighting, edging, planters, and outdoor décor.

By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services We Provide

We provide services that may include, but are not limited to:

  • landscaping

  • hardscaping

  • lawn mowing and lawn management

  • seasonal cleanups

  • mulch and rock installation

  • planting services

  • edging and bed maintenance

  • paver, walkway, patio, retaining wall, and similar outdoor improvement work


Service availability may vary based on location, weather, materials, staffing, and project scope.

3. Product Sales

We also sell landscaping-related products, which may include:

  • pavers

  • outdoor lighting

  • edging materials

  • planters

  • outdoor décor

  • related lawn and landscape supplies


Product availability is subject to inventory, supplier availability, and seasonal demand. We reserve the right to substitute comparable products when necessary, but only with customer approval where required.

4. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes, estimates, and proposals provided by Great Plains Lawn Care are based on the information available at the time of inspection or request.

Quotes may change if:

  • site conditions differ from what was originally described or observed

  • hidden issues are discovered

  • the customer requests additional work

  • material prices increase

  • the scope of work changes


Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

5. Booking and Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, site readiness, and seasonal demand.

We may reschedule service appointments due to:

  • unsafe weather conditions

  • material delays

  • equipment issues

  • access restrictions

  • emergencies or other events outside our control


We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes as soon as possible.

6. Deposits and Payments

For certain projects, especially hardscaping, larger installations, custom work, or special-order materials, we may require a deposit before scheduling or beginning work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • deposits are due before work begins

  • remaining balances are due upon completion of service or according to the payment schedule in your invoice or contract

  • product orders may require full or partial prepayment, especially for special-order or custom items.


Late payments may be subject to:

  • delayed scheduling

  • paused work

  • withholding of further deliveries or services

  • reasonable collection costs permitted by law


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate contact, billing, and project information

  • ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property

  • marking or disclosing private underground lines, irrigation, septic systems, invisible fencing, or other hidden hazards not located through standard utility marking

  • securing pets and ensuring safe access for our crews

  • removing vehicles, furniture, or obstacles from service areas when necessary

  • obtaining landlord, HOA, or property-owner approval where required


We are not responsible for delays, added cost, or damage caused by undisclosed hazards, inaccessible work areas, or inaccurate customer-provided information.

8. Change Orders and Additional Work

Any work requested outside the original scope may require a revised quote, additional charge, and approval before the work is performed.

Verbal requests for added work may be treated as approval to proceed when made by the property owner or authorized representative, but we may require written confirmation at our discretion.

9. Materials and Product Variations

Natural materials such as stone, pavers, gravel, mulch, soil, and plants may vary in:

  • color

  • shape

  • texture

  • size

  • pattern

  • natural wear characteristics


These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Plant survival depends on weather, watering, soil, drainage, pests, disease, sunlight, and ongoing maintenance. Any plant warranty offered must be stated in writing.

10. Product Delivery, Pickup, and Risk of Loss

For purchased products:

  • delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing

  • the customer must inspect products promptly upon delivery or pickup

  • risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the property, pickup, or confirmed handoff, unless otherwise required by law


The customer is responsible for ensuring there is a safe and accessible area for delivery.

11. Cancellations

Customers may cancel services or product orders by contacting us at info@greatplainslawncare.com or (316) 559-6380.

However:

  • deposits for reserved scheduling time may be non-refundable once materials are ordered, crew time is reserved, or project preparation has begun

  • custom orders, special-order products, and made-to-order materials may not be canceled once submitted to the supplier

  • cancellation fees may apply where clearly disclosed in your quote, invoice, or service agreement


12. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

13. No Guarantee of Specific Results

We strive to provide quality workmanship and professional service. However, we do not guarantee:

  • exact plant growth outcomes

  • exact color matches in natural materials

  • uninterrupted website access

  • product availability at all times

  • results affected by weather, drainage, soil quality, pre-existing site conditions, misuse, or lack of maintenance


14. Warranties

Any warranty on services, labor, or products will only apply if expressly stated in writing.

Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by:

  • customer misuse or neglect

  • lack of watering or maintenance

  • weather, storms, flooding, freeze/thaw cycles, or drought

  • pre-existing site conditions

  • acts of third parties

  • alterations or repairs performed by others after our work is completed


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Plains Lawn Care LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

16. Website Use

All website content, including text, branding, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Great Plains Lawn Care LLC and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful activity, spam, interference, fraud, or attempts to access restricted systems.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites or providers.

18. Privacy

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

19. Governing Law
